No. You can browse and search every tender on the site for free, without even creating an account. A free account lets you save tenders and set preferred categories. Paid packages add the things that save you time - email and SMS alerts for your chosen categories, the AI tender summary, and direct support. See our Prices page for the current packages.

The Free package gives you the subscriber dashboard, preference settings and notifications on the website itself. Basic adds notifications by email and SMS, so you hear about a new tender without having to log in. Premium adds WhatsApp and Facebook notifications, direct call support, the AI tender summary, data entry help and a dedicated tender support expert. The exact limits for preferred categories and custom email addresses are listed on each package card on the Prices page.

First choose a package that includes SMS or email notification. Then go to your dashboard and set your preferences - the categories of work you do, the districts you operate in, and any keywords you want to watch. From that point on, whenever a new tender matches your preferences, we send it to you automatically. You control how many categories you follow; the limit depends on your package.

We organise tenders into more than fifty categories, from construction and electrical work to medical supplies, IT services, transport and printing. Pick only the ones your company bids on and your alerts will stay relevant. You can change your selections at any time from your dashboard.

Use an email address you check regularly, because that is where your tender alerts and any account notices will go.

Government tender documents are long and written in formal language. The AI summary reads the notice and gives you the essentials in a few lines - what is being purchased, the approximate value, the key eligibility requirements and the closing date. It is meant to help you decide in seconds whether a tender is worth reading in full. It is a convenience feature, so always confirm the details against the original tender document before you bid.

The publish date is when the tender notice was first advertised. The deadline is the last date and time you can submit your bid - miss it and your bid will not be accepted. The opened date is when the submitted bids are formally opened by the procuring entity. Plan backwards from the deadline, and remember that document collection and bank formalities take time.

Tender Bangladesh is an information service - you do not submit your bid through us. For a government tender, click the e-GP link shown on the tender detail page; it takes you to the official portal where registered contractors submit bids electronically. For newspaper or private tenders, follow the contact and submission instructions given in the notice itself. If you are not yet registered on e-GP, you will need to complete that registration first.

Requirements vary by tender, but most Bangladeshi government tenders ask for a valid trade licence, TIN and VAT registration certificates, an up-to-date income tax clearance, a bank solvency certificate, and evidence of similar completed work. Larger works may also require specific enlistment or equipment ownership documents. Yes. As well as procurement tenders we carry auction notices, property and vehicle sales, leasing and toll collection notices, and contractor enlistment or licence renewal notices. These have their own categories, so you can follow them the same way you follow any other category.

We collect from three types of source. First, the national e-GP portal (eprocure.gov.bd), which carries most government tenders. Second, the daily newspapers that publish tender notices - we monitor a large list of national and regional papers. Third, the websites and notice boards of individual ministries, corporations and private organisations. Every tender on our site shows which source it came from, and government tenders include a direct link back to the original e-GP page so you can verify it yourself.

The tender price, or document price, is what you pay to obtain the tender schedule or document - it is usually a small, non-refundable amount. The security fee, also called earnest money or bid security, is a much larger deposit you submit with your bid as a guarantee that you will honour it. Unlike the document price, the security fee is returned to unsuccessful bidders after the tender process is complete. Always read the tender document for the exact terms.
